In a statement issued through NBC Sports, Albert categorically denied the charges: "I am confident that I will be completely exonerated when these allegations are addressed in a public courtroom."
Albert is scheduled to appear in Runescape Gold Arlington Circuit Court sometime next week, when a trial date will be set.
