SegaSoft will promote the game with a national

SegaSoft will promote the Runescape Gold game with a national Blood Bath Tournament this summer, a competition in which players can win up to US$20,000 in cash and prizes. The first 8,000 players will join one of eight 1,000-player ladders, with the champions of each ladder to compete at SegaSoft headquarters for final prizes.

Once Blood is released, it will be available both at HEAT's online store and SegaSoft. Gamers who buy it there will get six months of a free premium membership on HEAT, starting with its commercial debut later this summer. Right now, HEAT is undergoing beta-testing.

Blood, which was developed by Monolith Productions, will also be available on Total Entertainment Network (TEN) for online play.
